1. Scope
This policy applies to all purchases made through Paddle Checkout on SheetNext.
2. Refund Window
Customers can request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the charge date (including initial purchases and renewals).
3. Within 30 Days
If your request is received within 30 calendar days, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
4. After 30 Days
Requests submitted after 30 calendar days are not eligible for a refund.
5. No Extra Conditions
This policy has no additional qualifiers, usage thresholds, or case-by-case exception rules.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email support@sheetnext.com with your account email, Paddle order reference, purchase date, and amount.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Final arrival time depends on your payment provider and bank processing cycle.
