2. Service Type
SheetNext is a digital software service (SaaS) that provides account-based access to online AI spreadsheet features.
3. Human-Driven Services
Plans sold through Paddle Checkout include software access only and do not include human-driven or done-for-you services.
If enterprise customers require consulting, implementation, training, or other human-driven work, those services are handled under a separate written agreement and are not sold through Paddle Checkout.
4. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.
5. Billing and Subscriptions
Paid plans are charged based on the pricing and billing period shown at checkout. Subscription plans may auto-renew unless canceled before the next renewal date.
6. Refunds

7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the service for unlawful acts, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, or infringement of third-party rights.

All software, branding, and related materials are owned by 成都智表未来科技有限公司 or its licensors.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved by courts with proper jurisdiction.
